Keeping you informed
The safety of our guests and staff is always our number one priority and informs all our decisions. In today’s landscape, we understand that travelers are more careful when managing their travel plans. We are here to support you every step of the way. A message of Hope from our Management Team
What a month it has been. We hope you and your loved ones are well and keeping safe. Our sympathies with all the families that have lost their near and dear ones.
Like you, we are in utter shock at how quickly the world is changing due to COVID-19. And like you, we continue to watch, wait and adjust our course as events unfold.
Over 12 years of operation, we’ve come across many challenging events that affected our ability in helping people to travel. We always find a way to bounce back and we strongly believe we will do so again, but we need to acknowledge the fact that this moment is unprecedented and there is a lot of uncertainty.
One thing we can say with certainty is: nothing is more powerful than hope.
COVID-19 has impacted nearly every facet of life and to make it through the pandemic, we have to have hope. Hope is what keeps our employees working tirelessly for our guests, turning their homes into offices. Hope is what helps us see light in the darkness. Hope keeps inspiring us in ways that never seemed possible before. Hope is what keeps us dreaming of our holiday to Africa, even when we can’t go beyond our front doors. In a time when travel is what many of us are wishing for most, our passion to connect you with the world is stronger than ever.
If we could, we’d instantly transport you to the endless plains of the Serengeti for a breath of fresh air or take you atop the roof of Africa and down to serene beaches in Zanzibar. But for now, we’ll continue to share some of our favorite videos, photos, and resources on Facebook to help evoke that same feeling from far away. It’s one small the way we’re hoping to keep the dream of Africa alive right now and bringing.
Whether you traveled with us decades ago or are new to our community, you’re a part of our family. So let’s navigate this unknown the way families do: by sharing, leaning on each other, staying open and staying connected.
From our family to yours,
